Who we are
PAD (Project Assistant/Dashboard) is developed by Kübra Terzioğlu. Contact: kubra@kubraterzioglu.com or www.kubraterzioglu.com.
What we collect
When you create an account we collect your name and email address (via Supabase Authentication). If you sign in with Google, your name, email address and, if available, your profile picture are received from Google only to create and identify your account. The profile details you choose to add (photo, title, company and phone number) are stored with your account. The projects, risks, milestones, budget entries, documents metadata, suppliers, and change requests you enter into the app are stored under your account so the app can show them back to you. You can also choose a job role (optional) in your profile; it is only profile information and grants no access rights.
How we use it
Your data is used only to run the app for you: showing your dashboard, reports, and project data. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see your data
Row-level security on our database restricts every project’s data to the members of that project, and each member sees only the screens their role allows. We do not share your data with third parties except the service providers listed in this policy: Supabase (database, authentication and profile photo storage), Vercel (hosting), Google (sign-in with Google, and the Gemini AI assistant), Resend (sending reports by email), Expo (delivering push notifications), Sentry (crash reports) and Mixpanel (anonymous usage analytics in the Android app, stored in the EU).
Anonymous usage counters
To learn which screens are used, the app sends anonymous usage counts: the screen name, the type of event, the platform (web or Android), the app version and a random session ID that is created again every time the app starts. These counters contain no name, email address, phone number, user ID, project name or file name. You can turn this off at any time in Profile > Usage statistics. In the Android app these counts are also sent to Mixpanel, which stores them in the EU. They contain only the event name (for example app opened, screen viewed, project created) and the screen name. They do not contain your name, email address, user ID, project name or file name.
Time spent on screens (linked to your account)
Separately from the anonymous counters, the app records how long you spend on each screen. What is stored: the screen name, the time spent, the day and your user ID, so this data is linked to your account. Who can see it: only the app developer, and only as aggregate totals; the developer does not see your name or email address, and your phone number and project data are not part of it. How to turn it off: Profile > Usage statistics (this also turns off the anonymous counters). When you delete your account, this data is deleted with it.
Push notifications
If you allow notifications, a push token for your device is stored with your account in our database so the app can notify you about your projects. The token is used only to deliver notifications through the Expo push service. You can turn notifications off in the app or in your device settings, and the token is deleted with your account.
Sending a weekly report by email
When you choose “Send report” on the Weekly Report screen, the report is created from the current project data and sent by email through Resend. The email contains the project name and the report content your role is allowed to see, and it is sent to the one address you enter: your own address or a member of that project. Nothing is sent unless you press the button. The number of reports per day is limited.
AI assistant (Google Gemini)
When you ask the assistant a question or request an AI summary of the weekly report, the data of that project that your role is allowed to see (for example its risks, milestones, tasks and, if allowed, budget) and your question are sent to Google Gemini to produce the answer. Do not enter information in the app that you do not want to be processed this way. Requests are limited per user per day.
Crash reports
When the Android app crashes or hits an error, it sends a crash report to Sentry, our error monitoring provider. A report contains the error message, the technical stack trace, the app version, and basic device information (model, operating system version). It does not contain your name, email address, or project data. We use these reports only to find and fix bugs.
Data retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account exists. To get a copy of your data, open Profile > YOUR DATA and choose “Export my data”. To delete your account and your data, open Profile > YOUR DATA and choose “Delete my account” (you will be asked to sign in again; if you still own a project with other members, transfer it first). You can also email kubra@kubraterzioglu.com from the address you registered with and we will export or delete your data for you.
