Frequently asked questions

What is PAD?
PAD (Project Assistant Dashboard) is a project workspace for KPIs, change requests, risk, meetings and weekly status reports. It was designed and built by Kubra Terzioglu.
Who is PAD for?
Anyone who runs or oversees projects: project managers, freelance project managers, PMO managers, product managers and founders who want one shared place for KPIs, risk and reporting.
How much does PAD cost?
PAD is currently free. Subscription plans will be introduced later. The free plan covers two people, a project manager and a technical lead (systems engineer), and two projects. Anything beyond that will be paid. For teams, please contact us through the form on the business page and we will arrange a meeting.
Can we try PAD before we decide?
Yes. Create an account on the web and add the sample project to see every screen working. We can also arrange a demo.
Who can see our project data?
Only the members of the project. Each member sees the screens their project role allows.
Can we bring our schedule?
Yes. Import milestones from Primavera P6 (XER or XML) files, SAP-PM Excel or CSV files, and export them again.
How does the risk score work?
You rate probability and impact from 1 to 5. The score is probability times impact, out of 25, and the severity follows the score.
Where can we use PAD?
PAD runs in the browser on a computer or a phone, and the Android app is available on Google Play in selected countries.
How do we delete data?
Each user can export their data and delete their account and data from Profile, under YOUR DATA. The privacy policy explains the steps.
